There are also several commercial plugins available (that require the commercial license) that help with app clustering and the like for larger installations. Basic costs are: $5000USD per server or $15000USD per organisation (unlimited servers). Entitles you to 12 months of upgrades, and a lifetime of maintenance patches on the final version branch you have access too -- assuming you don't continue to upgrade the license through an annual subscription.
