Yep, for the BlogCFC importer I just ignored pages and only did blog
entries. For pages you'd need to create both nav nodes and the underlying
HTML object, not difficult, just wasn't worth it for me since my blog had 1
page and hand copying the content was more efficient :)

You could export the WordPress comments for use in Disqus, they accept the
WordPress export format so there's actually nothing to build in that regard
- very handy!
