I have noticed that periodically nodes disapear off the site tree which stuffs up the ordering of neigbouring nodes. The users claim they have not deleted or otherwise modified the missing node.

When I investigate I see that the node entry in dmNavigation is as it should be with a status of approved, but the corresponding reference in the "nested_tree_objects" has dissapeared. The only way I have been able to fix this is copy the missing record from a previous backup and insert it into the live "nested_tree_objects".

I have yet to determine what user actions may lead to this 'delete' from "nested_tree_objects".
