Attached my targetcli output...looks good? 

Whats the next step? How to setup the initiator and establish the
connection?

Above is the WWN to use in targetcli, remember it's particular about the
case, so try lower if upper doesn't work and I think you drop the '0x'.

FCoE is up and running on that port.

Aside from the port being "Online," you can see that a FC-ID has also been
chosen- an indication that the port gone through the FIP VN2VN FC-ID
discovery process.
