the message was only 'can't enable FASTBOOT' because
it can't find the ROM entry points. thats plausible, if the are owned by
freedos

FASTBOOT probably mean's 
        restore old ROM interrupt handler
        leave protected mode 
        set 'warmboot'
        jmp FFFF:0

which is MUCH faster then a real boot

Hi everyone:

  I am curious about how the 'Warm Boot' really doing.
I know FreeDOS has a execution file, named REBOOT.EXE.
It is for cold boot. I would like to know about Warm Boot
things in FreeDOS. Could anyone give me some information,
such as how does it work and how to write the code.
