That looks promising.  However, despite the blasting of the word 
"government" all over the press release, I failed to locate the magical 
acronym of "FIPS-140-2."  I have an inquiry into Seagate to see if 
they're "in process," but we're _STRONGLY_ discouraged (read: basically 
prohibited) from purchasing encryption technology that's not FIPS-140-2 
Certified.
