Hi Robert, I tried going to http://147.83.50.143:8080/fedora/objects and it appears that your REST API is not available either. (I was able to get to http://147.83.50.143:8080/fedora/search without a problem.) The REST API is on by default with Fedora 3.2, so either 3.2 did not install properly, or you've changed your web.xml to remove access to it, or there are firewall or apache settings which do not allow me access. I assume that you did your upgrade from 3.1 following the instructions here: http://fedora-commons.org/confluence/x/hYF9, i.e. you performed an install of Fedora 3.2 then pointed it to your 3.1 data and policies. With regard to the web admin, you can check to see whether the files to run the admin are actually present. Take a look under the deployed Fedora application (which can be found at $FEDORA_HOME/tomcat/webapps/fedora in the default install) and see if there is an 'admin' directory. That directory should contain an index.html page and a FedoraAdministrator.swf file among a few other things.
