I am switching from version 5.1 to 5.5 on OSX my config is working fine using
5.1 but I get the following error when I change over to 5.5.
I have verified mysql5.5 is working using phpmyadmin, the fedora database and
tables have been transferred with the same collation.
Tomcat does launch as I have gsearch 2.2 installed it works fine.

(org.fcrepo.server.storage.DOManager) failed to initialize
org.fcrepo.server.errors.ModuleInitializationException: Error while attempting
to check for and create non-existing table(s):
org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create
PoolableConnectionFactory (Communications link failure

Fedora 3.4.2 using built in Tomcat
OSX 10.8 (Yes, Mountain Lion)
Could it be the com.mysql.jdbc.Driver or is it another config parameter I need
to change in fedora.fcfg?
I assume 3.4.2 has been tested with MySQL 5.5...
Any help much appreciated...
