This includes all types of s/w. 'Fedora-Health Care' may be a good name. But what else can bioinformatics + psychometry + hospital management + GIS +.... be? It is necessary to make it reasonably complete in the statistics side (R and lots more), differential equation solvers (some advanced math s/w - those dealing with epidemics will need them), Data visualisation s/w is compulsory (Gobi, Weka, ...).
