The Fedora project is a non-profit. Everything the community produces is
FOSS, so free for everyone to use (as long as they follow the trademarks
and licenses, and embargo restrictions).

I'm not sure who you should speak to at IBM/Red Hat/etc., but they'll have
their own contacts for this sort of thing.
