Can you please be more specific about what assistance you are looking for? In general, there's no "large scale Fedora support". We're a volunteer driven community. People volunteer to work on whatever they are interested in. There's no "hierarchy" where someone decides "we should do this" and everyone has to do it---it's all consensus based. One can propose community level objectives[1], but again, that does not mean that volunteers can be told what to do---you'll still have to convince other community members to work with you on your project and so on. This applies to pretty much everything in the community---package maintenance, documentation, ambassadorship/outreach, technical support...
