A few days ago I had an enquiry from a site visitor as to the
possibility of replacements for the US edition, as I replied, I had
heard nothing.
They contacted HC and have forwarded the reply they received from Harper
Collins US
Good Morning,
There is a known defect in this book. A chapter in the book is incorrect
and all of our inventory is like this (including the UK edition).
We are not reprinting the book in hardcover. However, the paperback
edition will be corrected when it is published (march 2013).
Unfortunately, we cannot replace it. Please return it to the point of
purchase for a full refund.

NOTE for collectors: The Dutch edition may be the first release with the
correct text <G>
