OK, I haven't even finished the corrected text yet as I have to go though a
tear sheet (just arrived last week) and reconcile it with the correct MS. This
takes time. Moreover, I have been distracted by tax issues and was preparing
for a meeting yesterday with the IRS. I'm of the opinion some people have had
a incorrect sense of timing here.

We said we'd try to correct any subsequent printings. People grabbed the ball
here and on-line elsewhere and assumed they're be a "corrected" hard cover they
could trade in. As I was hip deep in tax stuff, I pretty much assumed the
official position would be forthcoming and it took longer than anticipated.

So, if I get this finished today or tomorrow, I'll ask if it's OK to put the
correct chapter up on Crydee.

Best, R.E.F.
