There are interesting studies regarding foods and arthritis (evidence based research that is). Some natural things are helpful there too :). A couple of years ago my doctor said, "You're getting close to having a diabetes issue, so I have so far lost 46 lbs. Another 12 and it's get a new wardrobe time.
