I read somewhere there was a link from Alzheimers and not brushing your
teeth too. Not really sure on the details anymore but I will try and find
the article for you though I would wager its on Dvice.com

That's great news Ray! There's so many links between food and illnesses, the
one I worry about is Alzheimer's! I keep the huge link between diabetes and
Alzheimer's in mind when I turn down chips or fries!! My father had both
diebetes and Alzheimer's and they're painful illnesses to endure for
everybody, as I know you know.

Shells:)

P.s. I finally finally quit smoking, yep call me a quitter! :P

Nice to hear someone who uses the good food to avoid the nasty medications

They are "almost' totally avoidable conditions by healthy eating.
I suppose you've researched arthritis to death already? There are
interesting studies regarding foods and arthritis (evidence based research
that is).
Some natural things are helpful there too :).

A couple of years ago my doctor said, "You're getting close to having a
diabetes issue, so I have so far lost 46 lbs. Another 12 and it's get a new
wardrobe time.
