I actually got to meet Janny Worts thru Goodreads.com, when they were doing a group read of your work (the first four) and the Kelewan series! She has a generous spirit and was fully engaged in the reading and answering peoples questions! So I see your point Ray, it does dis-credit all yours and Janny's hard work!
Good thing I never read that kind of "crap" (for lack of a better word)! It does a real insult to the amount of work Janny did on the series. When I created Kelewan for Magician, it was a movie set world compared to Midkemia, i.e. you look behind the building fronts and there was nothing there. She really brought it alive, IMHO. As for "borrowed elements," everyone does that. But there weren't that many, really.
