Well, it appears that the "default assignee" was "project lead"...I
changed it to be "unassigned" for now.

I went with the default, I just wanted to enter the issue.
Otherwise, we shouldn't be singling out one person to resolve these
things. One of the main things I think Felix needs to work on during
incubation is getting more people playing on the core of Felix and not
seeing it as 'Richard's area'.

No problem. Perhaps we should configure some default assignee that will
have the task to assign new issues to the right persons? Or we should
have a "None" option?
Default should be 'felix developers' or some such. Do you know how to
make that happen?
You could look, for example, at how Cocoon does it.
