I know JIRA. As it's configured right now I cannot even edit an issue I
created. When entering the issue I could not select any name, it just
chose the default. I'm talking to Richard right now and he's
reconfiguring some things.
By the way, what kind of rights in JIRA should the committers get? I
guess a bit more than what I have now, since I cannot even assign an
issue to myself at the moment (and I doubt if I could "resolve" or
"close" one if it was assigned to me).
