Extend HTTP Service to support deploying WARs

Since our HTTP Service uses Jetty underneath, it would be interesting to extend
it to support deploying WARs in bundles. Marcel Offermans has done some work in
this area, so I am assigning this issue to him. :-) I am not sure if this issue
can be done independently of a move to Jetty 5/6 (see FELIX-55) or if it should
be coordinated or merged somehow.
