We could put up a page at
http://wiki.apache.org/general/SummerOfCode2006Felix

And co-ordinate our ideas there. We'd just stick a heading at the top
saying "This page is a work in progress and does not constitute a final
proposal".

Then, when ready move them to the correct wiki page.

Does that seem a reasonable approach?
