I can actually fund significant development now .. but my prequisite for doing that is a reasonable quota of active developers. At this time the count is roughly one .. me. Moving the repository, changing the build system, etc etc etc are all peripheral destabilising events. We actually need docs, performance measurements, and perhaps an easier way for people to add regression tests. The latter is a build system issue I guess.
