In my area there are no kill shelters and Allie Cat Advocates that sometimes have spay/neuter days and, at other times, have vets that will do s/n at a discount.  I don't know if any of these would be able to help or not.  ACA is nationwide from what I can tell.  And it doesn't hurt to ask.

Subject: FeLv kittens

hi everyone,

this being a new social medium for me im not doing well responding to the emails.the kids and i are adding the kitties and "human pets" to prayers.

the manual has been a help as well as the emails, the sugestions and the support have been a godsend !  reading about vacinations and recomendations on where to administer them and why was needed info but a bit much. maybe i just have too vivd an imagination. kept picturing my son's stitch hoping around.

so far i've made apointments w the new vet to get the boys fixed. the earliest they can get the 3 in together is march 1st. have to figure out finances to determine how soon we can get the girls done. and ive contacted both vets to get copies of all the bills ive payed so far. i'm going to wait till i get those to talk to the humane society. im going to take the doctor bills for me n the kids in from when we got ringworm from the kittens as well as the vet bills. the HS put us off for a month on medication for the ringworm and for 3 months on getting them fixed so i figure they can wait till i can handle talking to them about keeping the kittens.

until march is there anything i should look into to help the "herd" ? some of ya'll have sugested the mega c which ill look into. at least 1 of them has diarea (havent managed to figure out which 1 yet but might be stitch since we took her out in the cold to be re-tested for the FeLV) is diarea something i need to watch closely ? if so why ? some of them meow softly when we pick them up. dont know if its just because i havent been able to spend as much time with them as usual or if it could indicate something else. only salem "talks" much and you could pet him 24/7 and he'd still act like your neglecting him.

lol im so glad someone mentioned the reactions to having so many critters ! i started out w 14 and even though im down to 8 ppl i know think i should be medicated for this :)

ok, the kids are taking the keyboard from me. thanks everyone !!
