Call animal control, your cat was bitten, if you saw the dog's mouth on
her. They will take the dog, and quarantine it for rabies. That should make the
neighbor's think twice about letting their dog run loose! Hell, tell them the
dog snapped at YOU, if no one saw to deny it, who's gonna know otherwise?
