Have you had a urinalysis done on Scooter?  It sounds
like if he is urinating in strange places he may have
a urinary tract infection. He may be in so much pain
from the lesions in his mouth and any teeth that may
need to be extracted.  I would try to take him to the
vet today if at all possible.  Is today when he is
suppose to have his dental done?  Scooter, you and
your husband are in my prayers.
