That's interesting. Was the anemia caused directly by the FeLV virus or by
another diagnosis? Why were you trying to suppress her immune system-- was it
attacking her own red blood cells? And did the 6 months of steroids correct
the anemia?

steroid to protect against infections.
The anemia was caused by the felv+, it was attacking her rbc. Therefore,
the steriods were used to decrease the number of circulating felv virus
attacking her rbc. Yes, her anemia went away.
