I have heard of transdermal meds and I have a compound pharmacy that I use, in fact the Flagil is in liquid form and doesn't taste bad at all (at least according to me). That's how I got her to eat it for as long as I did. I didn't realize that you could get cortisones in transdermals. That would certainly be worth a try, if an every other day dose would work better than the injection I give her every two weeks. I'm in Oxnard, CA.

Nina- have you tried to get her meds compounded into a transdermal gel that you rub on the inside pina of her ears, we have numerous fractious cats that get meds that way at home. Any compunding pharmacy should be able to do it and I believe the cost is very reasonable. The latest greatest news is that they can put more than one med into one gel.
