Nina- have you tried to get her meds compounded into a transdermal gel that you 
rub on the inside pina of her ears, we have numerous fractious cats that get 
meds that way at home. Any compunding pharmacy should be able to do it and I 
believe the cost is very reasonable.  The latest greatest news is that they can 
put more than one med into one gel.  Where are you located by the way?
