This is already handled in DOLFIN (by CMake), so it is desirable to be
handled also in UFC. Is it possible, Anders? Relevant code is line 10
CXX_FLAGS = "-std=c++11 " + os.environ.get("CXXFLAGS", "")
in ffc/setup.py
