Now that I think of it, this change causes older versions of ffmpeg to
be unable to decode the output of the fixed encoder. So:
- Should we bump eg a minor version number to let any decoder have the
possibility to detect this change?
- Should the alignment (or non-alignment) be an option instead?

Problem is that those older ffmpeg-generated dpxs may not be
spec-compliant, but if most decoders don't know how to handle the
supposedly spec-compliant ones, then we actually have caused more harm
than good.
