I just created various dpx samples with the same settings in Nuke and added the source jpg as reference. I hope I got all the options right.

Maybe it is easier to see the difference in pixels, if the values are not too similar.

According to nuke, the first pixel should have a value of:
8 bit r: 197, g: 111, b: 76, a: 255
10 bit r: 790, g: 445, b: 305, a: 1023
12 bit r: 3164, g: 1783, b: 1220, a: 4095
16 bit r: 50629, g: 28527, b: 19532, a: 65535
