I meant if the video plays on an iPhone but not on Android devices, this
may indicate that the problem can only be fixed on the Android devices.
Please test current git head and -an (and post console output). If the
resulting video is not played, I wonder if this wouldn't indicate that the
bitrate (level) of the stream is too high.
