Just take the test file with FLV container (h264 + Speex)

and run

ffmpeg -i test.flv -c:v libx264 -profile:v baseline -c:a libvo_aacenc -ab
96k -ac 1 result.mp4
}}}
It will produce correct MP4+AAC file can be played back on any devices.
