 @markfilipak  Well, please read this, I think proof about Open GOP
 starting with two B frames is proof enough.

 There are examples, where I frames follow other I frames... I mean clearly
 it is not as simple as in some papers. In some playes though it is
 mentioned that scene change can insert I frame.
