"precise" and "trusty" seem to have openjpeg2.

I actually built OpenJPEG from source, and installed it, but it wasn't
recognized by FFmpeg.

I guess the package renames the libraries to something that FFmpeg will
understand.


*where* doe soyur build install stuff?

nothing renames anything - path orders are relevant
in doubt *tell* ffmpeg where it has to seek!

--extra-ldflags may be your friend
