Massachusetts Sheep and Woolcraft Fair

        This annual event, now in its 28th year, is the oldest sheep fair in
New England.  The fair includes sheep, angora rabbit and angora goat shows
and sales, sheep-dog trials, spinning contests, fleece to shawl contest, and
sales of fiber and related handmade products from 60 venders.  Fiber animal
growers and woolcraft enthusiasts from all over the Northeast will be
exhibiting animals and demonstrating their skills.  
        There will be a variety of workshops including Rainbow Yarn Dyeing,
Card-Weaving, Knitting From the Top Down, Handspindling, and Painting Yarn
with Natural Dyes.  The Kid's workshops offered are:  Spinning, Felt Balls,
and Angora Rabbits.  Visit the web page for workshop details and fees. 

Admission to the fair is free, parking is $3 per vehicle.
