HI All, I've just returned from an all too short visit to Rhinebeck S&W. It was wonderful but is there ever enough time? Speaking of these boot liners, I saw a woman wearing these way cool (or warm) "socks"? They fit like socks, but had this beaded top edge with dangling beads, and where the foot top curves up into the ankle there was a small round beaded thing. I couldn't detect any stitches, but it could have been fulled or felted. In case anyone here saw her or knows of her she was a tall thin woman with greyish blonde hair and at least some sort of reading glasses? I should have asked I know, but she seemd busy. These things looked so warm! By my calculations she was in what they called Barn 1 but I called it the horticultural building, upstairs in maybe booth 4,5, or 5? That comes out to ANcient Textiles, The Hill, or Mees & Ewes sheep. Ring a bell for anyone? Also, and I KNOW I'll regret asking this, is the downstairs part of the Horticultural building a new section of vendors this year? I never sw it before and would hate to know I missed all that each year. I envy those of you who can go back tommorow. Never even got to see the competitions....
