Ronnie was the editor of the Daily Texan, the
U.T. student newspaper when I was there on the G.I.
Bill. He was pretty establishment-oriented, liberal,
but very opposed to all us Lefties. We now find our
points of view to a great extent identical, which, I
suppose, does bear out his point that we are living in
times, to quote him quoting Tom Paine, "of
revolutions"!
