Dante had told me that we can be in the parade of the  banner ( Filex), also, 
we need to know what we have for our booth or what we still need. 

Please advice, tomorrow we are going to start our decorations and preparation 
for our booth, we will be in Zaabel in the afternoon.

Hi Fellow Filexians, 

 

I got this information courtesy of Olive Mara, President of our FDSC Group. 

 

President Rene, please organize the Executive Officers as regard to our 
presence in the Bayanihan Festival.

We need every officers cooperation to man the booth of FILEX FOUNDATION.  

Mrs. Isabel is giving us a space for one banner, since, she’s paid for 3.  

As you know FILEX Foundation is not an earning institution. To have a stand it 
will cost FILEX  500 dirhams. So, Isabel is donating it to FILEX as usual. 
Thanks Isabel. 

 

We need volunteers to stay in our booth and give away FILEX flyers.

We need to photocopy 1000  copies of our Flyer  and 1000 copies of our report 
as attached- Please Mr. President and Mde. Corporate Treasurer? Could we take 
care of these please for Friday. 

 

Calling our Executive Directors who can join us in the booth or FILEX stand. 

 

We would appreciate your presence in the morning at 9 AM.  

 

Entrance gate is Bowl Gate 1 opposite the Dubai Immigration Office. 

 

Please check the attached program for your information. 

 

We also need FILEX Stand roll up banner. Who has it? Please bring.

Dear all,

Pagpasensyahan nyo na po at di ako nakadalo sa Choral Practice and even sa 
Latino practice ni tom.I was with the meeting ng Bayanihan Festival yesterday 
from 1:30 pm till 7:30 pm.

Thanks po Kuya Melvin and Angie for having a full time taking charge para sa 
choir.Tom salamat din po sa pag organize ng latino team.

The Latino Dancers ng FDSC and Aicka & Jay will be p
erforming that afternoon, nawala ang broadway ng FDC.

There will be the final GA tonight sa POLO Owwa at 8:00 pm and also the raffle 
draw.

Updates ng Bayanihan:

Ang tent ng bawat organization will be coordinated by PGBI-Philippine 
Guardians, and it will be a first come per serve basis. Kaya kung pwede po 
tayong magtulung-tulungan na maitayo at maiayos ang tent at 8:00 am ng December 
5 eh salamat po. Ang premyo po na allocated sa Best Tent eh Dhs. 200 lang po.

AS per the attached Program the Latino Dancers will be between 4:00-5:00 pm. 
Tom may practice daw kayo mamaya sa Continental as per your dancers. tama po ba?

The Choral competition prize have an allocation of Dhs. 500.
7 grupo lang po ang kasali dito which include na po ang club natin.

I will organize a meeting sa mga usher and usherettes this coming Thursday at 
8:00 pm sa Continental Restaurants, kung pwede po kayong umattend para 
mapagusapan din po ang mga pwede nating maitulong sa Dec. 5. Sharon & Maricor 
paki follow up na lang po na tawagan.

Dahil po sa kawalan ng major sponsor ang event eh pinagbilin po sa amin na 
bring your own food at ang working committee po ay refreshments lang ang 
maibibigay nila and tshirts.

In the parade of each organizations there will only be 2 person ang allowed 
with the banner. Kuya Melvin & Dad yo will be our representative to parade.

The rest po sa atin eh pagtulungan po natin ang tent at ang choral group.
