I think that it would be very, very helpful if all the Filipino clubs in the UAE and even companies will support FILEX by giving FILEX flyers during the registration of their respective clubs. This way, it is still voluntary but I'm pretty sure that many would join. These are my ideas: 1) Design a simple flyer and print thousands of copies 2) The flyer should have sad stories of our Kababayans and how FILEX has helped or will help them or the sad plights of many of our kababayans who got ill and had no one to turn to for financial help. 3) Distribute these flyers to all Filipino clubs in the UAE. 4) Distribute flyers to Filipino institutions such as business establishments, restaurants and even schools. 5) Maybe Ambassador Cabactulan could ask the help of TFC through its Managing Director Egay Garcia to give us a 30-second ad over TFC. 6) Let's establish a once-a-month or once-every-two-months kind of FILEX talk at a venue wherein we invite OFWs to attend so that they could ask questions. Knowing the mentality of the Filipinos, they have lots of questions about this kind of thing especially when it comes to money. These are all the ideas I have for now. Cheers.
