One drowned, Mrs. Neives Arcadio and the wake is at Cosmopolitan Chapel, Capistrano St. CDOC. Another Librarian, Jessel Molo of Roosevelle School is still in Ma. Reyna Hospital for medical treatment. Three of BLIS Students of Lourdes College have been severely affected by the calamity. An...d Dr. Dablio is also affected by the flood.
