Seems that if I have chords in my score, they playback when saving as MIDI. I've been composing and arranging using Finale, but when I save as a MIDI, the chords play back, which I don't want. I just want to hear the instrument parts I wrote. It looks like I have to take the chords out of the score before saving as MIDI, and the put them back in for printing. Is there a better way to tell the chords to be "seen and not heard"?
