My former girlfriend's number was exactly "I whistle a happy tune" from "The King And I". I have such a bad memory for numbers that I would often try out combinations at random, hanging up after each unsuccessful one before it rang, until I happened on the right tune. I doubt Richard Rodgers knew her. 8-) I switched after that to alphabetic mnemonics. My next girlfriend I memorized as "gum-up, OK?" and never forgot it. When we moved in together it became my number, too, and now, seventeen years, a wedding, and two kids later, it hasn't changed. All together now: "Awww, isn't that cute!" Thank you.
