To add the two grace notes you can turn off the "check for extra notes" and "jump to next measure" in speedy entry and enter the two notes and turn them into grace notes and beam them.
To add a slash to a beamed grace note you can use the single-slash articulation. When applied to grace notes it immediately accepts the reduction to grace-note size with no further action on your part.
