How about, when the list of requests is complete, posting the final
version to the list so we can duplicate it, edit it to our individual
tastes, and forward it to Coda? This is what pressure groups do to
lobby Congress, and it's a very effective tactic.

Meanwhile, here are my requests:

--Eliminate unnecessary prompts to save.

--Make accidentals more intelligent (i.e., context-sensitive) during
Speedy note entry. At a minimum, if I enter an F#, then press 9 to
change it to Gb, then enter another "F#", it should automatically
appear as a Gb without my having to press 9 again. Beyond that, it
would be nice if Finale could recognize transient modulations from
context, avoid augmented seconds, etc.

--Simplify MIDI instrument playback assignments, especially for
percussion. Ideally, all MIDI jargon should be banished to an
optional "expert" level.

--Completely rethink the Non-standard Key Signature dialog and its
subsidiary dialogs to make them more user-friendly.
