The effect you require does have a precedent, in Hans-Martin Linde's _Music
for a Bird_.  There, the hand over the beak is in constant motion, making an
extreme form of pitch vibrato.  It is notated with a text instruction and a
wavy line above the tone.  Since you are after fixed pitches instead of a
vibrato, I would recommend notating the desired pitch precisely on the
staff, with a "+" sign above each tone (the effect is akin to stopping a
horn in that the pitch goes down with increased covering), the desired
fingering below each tone, and, as always, with a text instruction.
