Steven Powell has a good book which isn't specifically Finale-based, but which does discuss Finale (along with Sibelius.) It is called Music Engraving Today, published by Brichtmark Publishing and available through www.npcimaging.com. It discusses a lot of music engraving issues as well as how to accomplish the best results using Finale and Sibelius. It does have a discussion of notation programs, also.
I don't know of a finale-specific book that truly addresses the advanced user. I think this might be because of the relatively short upgrade-cycle and the relatively long manuscript-to-book cycle, so that any such book would be out of date as soon as it was published.
