My understanding is that the Finale Primer is a bit dated now.  I don't know what the other one is like.  There are a couple of downloadable tutorials you could try:
 
Harold Owen's Tutorials are geared more towards the beginner, but have some good stuff: 
 
Jari Williamson's Finale Productivity site is very good (also has a good links page):
 
Johannes Gebaur's site is less of a tutorial, but has a lot of useful information on getting Finale scores to look great:
 
At some point over the next year or so, I do plan to work on my own tutorials to get them up on the web, but that won't be for a while.

Can anyone recommend a good book for learning Finale, preferably something that caters to the intermediate-to-advanced user.  I've tried two and both were too simple, borderline-useless.  (One was "The Finale Primer," can't remember the name of the other one.)
