I don't know of a web site with Bach Chorales in Fin format, but Margaret Greentree's MIDI files of all of them are available from the HSHU ftp site: http://www.shsu.edu/~mus_heh/finale/

They are in four tracks so that you can easily give them 2- or 4-staff notation with the proper clefs. Of course, you would need to enter the texts yourself.
