[Finale] Technical question re: grace notes

Two sixteenths as grace notes never show up attacehd to each other - they appear as separate notes when I use the "grace note" button to transform them. Is there a trick I'm missing? Ths is something used in drum set parts a lot, and needed, but I can't find it in the manuals or OLH.

Using Fin2k/r5 under Win98se, w/384MB of RAM.
