Hello Hal, I'm on 2k3mac (iMac/9.2.2) and it's really true: the speedy frame stays active when hitting the space bar for playback and after that, clicking to stop playback, but the playback *window* mustn't be active and in Speedy/Speedy Options, 'autolaunch speedy frame' must be activated. The only difference in former versions is that the active frame is "whitened" while playing; after stopping it's redrawn. Klaas.
