[Finale] charging and cautionary time sigs

Thank you to those who offered acvice on charging for transposing songs.

Now another problem.

I have an operatic aria in 3/4.  The preceding recit in 4/4 is not on the parts provided so I have written it out in finale. 

How can I place a cautionary time sig change at the end of the recit without adding an extra bar (which would confuse my poor players.)
